Refund and cancellation policy

No refunds after purchase

AIOU Editor is a digital product. Your licence is active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and it cannot be returned. For that reason all sales are final: we do not give refunds once a purchase is complete, for any plan, including monthly, yearly and lifetime.

This applies whether or not you have installed or used the editor after paying.

Try before you pay

Every account gets a free 14-day trial with every feature and no card needed. Please use it to check that the editor works well on your computer and does what you need before you buy.

The only exceptions

• You were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount different from the price shown. We return the extra amount.
• You paid but no licence was added to your account and we cannot fix it. We return the payment.
• Where the law gives you a right to a refund that cannot be waived.

To report one of these, write to us within 7 days of the payment with your order number. Money is returned to the payment method you used, through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel and no future charge to stop. A monthly or yearly plan simply ends on its last day unless you buy again. Ending early does not give a refund for the time left.

Problems with the editor

If something does not work after you buy, open a support request. We will help you get it working.

Delivery

AIOU Editor is software you download. Nothing is shipped. Your licence is active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, normally within a minute.
